Caption:  The floating weekly average water temperature at North Fork Ten Mile River Site NFT1 exceeded 16.8 degrees in three of four years measured between 1993 and 1998. Temperature was not monitored at site NFT1 (a pool) exactly in 1996, but in the adjacent riffle (site NFT13). The 16.8 degree C reference value is from Welsh et al. (2001).
