Fish: Total Catch at Smith Creek (SFT1), 1993 |
|
Caption: The above chart reflects all species captured at Smith Creek site SFT1, in the South Fork Ten Mile River, in 1993, and indicates a vertebrate community dominated by steelhead, as well as the presence of Pacific Giant Salamander. The data set suggests that sculpin may not have been recorded in 1993, even if captured. The electrofishing data provides a representative sample, but is for one location only, and does not determine absence of a species or relative abundance for the entire stream. Data provided by the Hawthorne Timber Company. Click on Info Links for more information.
