This photo shows luxury homes built in or adjacent to the riparian zone of Mark West Creek. The vegetation immediately behind the gray house is the riparian of Mark West Creek. A good part of this development is that they are leaving grassy areas, which reduces total impervious area and maintains more natural runoff patterns.
