Caption:  This chart shows pool spacing by bankfull channel widths in Willow and Freezeout sub-watershed streams in 2000. Higher values indicate a lower frequency of pools. Pool spacing ranged from 1.6 to 6.1 bankfull widths per pool in Willow Creek. An unnamed tributary to Freezeout Creek had a pool spacing 4.8 bankfull widths per pool. Data were collected by Mendocino Redwood Company for the Willow/Freezeout Creeks Watershed Analysis Unit report. See InfoLinks for more information.
