This photo shows Mill Creek upstream of its convergence with Forsythe Creek along Reeves Canyon Road looking upstream. The creek passes through a boulder roughs here with an oak canopy providing at least partial shade. The large rock outcrop in Franciscan mélange terrain at right of center is called a knocker by geologists. Photo contributed by Patrick Higgins. June 10, 2002.
