Fish: Bearpen Creek Electrofishing Catch 1995 |

    |
Caption:  This chart displays capture data from single-pass electrofishing surveys at two stations in Bearpen Creek on September 11, 1995. Steelhead young-of-the-year (yoy) was the dominant species captured in the lower reach, and steelhead yoy along with Pacific giant salamanders were dominant in the upper reach. A 1996 CDFG memo in the KRIS bibliography noted that there were 109 steelhead yoy captured in reach 2, rather than the 130 noted in the database from which this chart was constructed, indicating an error in one of those sources. Data were provided by California Department of Fish and Game. Click on InfoLinks for more information. Click Map to see sampling locations.
