| Caption: The chart above shows the summer steelhead returns to Canyon Creek for most years between 1980 and 2002. Data from some years prior to 1990 may be from index reaches as opposed to complete counts. There were no data collected in 1986, 1987 and 1989. The highest number of summer steelhead counted was 45 in 1994. Data provided by the CDFG from field studies in the Canyon Creek Basin for years 1980-1989.
