Temperature: Maximum Klamath River at Oak Flat Creek 1992-1993 |

Caption: The Chart above displays maximum daily water temperatures of the Klamath River at River Mile 100 (1000 ft. upstream of Oak Flat Creek) for the years 1992 and 1993. Maximum temperatures exceeded stressful levels for salmonids for at least some portion of the day for from late June through early September in both years. Note that temperatures rose to critically high levels as early as May in 1992 which was a very dry year. Data provided by the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board.
