| Purpose | This was done in part to provide a link between restoration projects in the tributaries and watersheds to the restoration objectives of the Trinity River Basin Fish and Management Act of 1984. The Lower Klamath is included as part of the Trinity Program since re-authorization of the program circa 1997. |
