Fish: Fall Chinook All Tributaries Combined 1978-2002 |
|
Caption: Fall Chinook salmon spawning escapement has been monitored annually by the California Department of Fish and Game since 1978 in many major Mid-Klamath sub-basins. The graph above shows cumulative totals from all Klamath River tributaries above the Trinity River , not including Bogus Creek or the major river tributaries, which are counted separately. The number of fall Chinook spawners has ranged from a low of 433 in 1992 to a high of over 6385 in 1996. These data are published annually by the Inland Fisheries Division of CDFG. Counts may be based on different levels of effort in different years. Counts are assisted by the USFS and local volunteers. See Info Links for more information.
