Fish: Willow Cr Downstream Trap Results 1996 |
|
Caption: This chart shows the downstream migrant trap results for Willow Creek for the spring and summer of 1996. Over 4000 juvenile salmonids, including 1511 Chinook salmon, were captured. This relatively high catch and the high catch per unit effort are not surprising given the high return of adults in 1996, when 130 Chinook redds were counted in Willow Creek. Older age steelhead rose to nearly 300 in the catch. The Lower Trinity Ranger District of the Six Rivers National Forest collected the data. See Info Links for more information.
