Caption: Water temperatures in Daugherty Creek in 1990 peaked at 21.6 degrees C in early July. The maximum diurnal temperature shift was over 4 degrees Celsius throughout summer and as high as 5.9 degrees C in early summer. Fluctuations of 15 C were recorded during the period of record. Even minimum temperatures for some periods exceeded the optimal water temperature for salmonid salmon growth of 10-15 degrees C. Click on Info Links for more information.
