Habitat: Big Wood Frequency at Main Battle WA Sites 2001-2002 |
|
Caption: This chart shows frequency of big woody debris (wood/1000 m) from samples sites of mainstem Battle Creek in 2001 and 2002. Light blue signifies that all sites are located in response reaches. Lower Battle Creek is a large stream and large woody debris tends to decrease as channel width increases. LWD data are scaled for channel width in EMDS applications but not in this chart. All sample sites support anadromous fish. Site #004 was not sampled for big wood. Abbreviations are ds = downstream and ab = above. Data from Terraqua (2004). See Info Links for more information.
