Climate: Rainfall - Manzanita Lake - Average Monthly 1950-2000 |
|
Caption: This chart shows average monthly rainfall accumulation at the Manzanita Lake rain gage (DWR # A40 5311 00) between water years 1950 and 2000. Battle Creek rainfall is seasonally variable with most of the rainfall occurring in the winter months and not during relatively dry summers. However, intensity of rainfall during summer thunderstorms may also be high and capable of causing erosion, at least locally. Data are compiled by the California Department of Water Resources.
