Habitat: Walker Creek Streamside Vegetation by Sub-Watershed 2001 |
|
Caption: The riparian plant community of the Walker Creek watershed was characterized, using the California Wildlife Habitat Relationships (WHR) system, by Prunuske Chatham Inc. (PCI) for the Marin Resource Conservation District in March 2001. The graph shows miles of classified riparian habitat by sub-watershed. Surveyed reaches of Chileno Creek and Arroyo Sausal had the greatest canopy closure, while Keys Creek has the highest amount of grassland and sparse canopy cover. See Picture for a map of the riparian assessment and Info Links for more information.
